In order to verify the training effect, improve the professional skills of financial personnel and better improve the overall quality, the financial management department of the group conducted a business knowledge test for all accounting personnel in the afternoon of February 11, involving knowledge related to tax reform in 2016, financial system, budget management, financial analysis and other related aspects.

The financial management department of the group has always attached great importance to the improvement of financial personnel's business skills and professional accomplishment. It insists on training once every two weeks, and takes the form of combining theory with practice to enhance financial personnel's performance ability and position awareness, so as to promote financial personnel's grasp of business. From the test results, we can see that the overall performance has made great progress compared with previous years, and the financial training effect is significant.
